Dementia experiences sound (from listening to my Dad last 48hrs 😥). Very similar to bad trips on acid, paranoia and panic attack episodes. Of which I've experienced all. I feel the remedy is the same for all too.. The ability to let go, trust those around you love you and will care for you until it passes.. Also box breathing, of you are alone..
