Made rosemary tea from my own plant for the first time today. One stem, hot water, nothing fancy. Way better than I figured it'd be. Could become a habit.
Day 4 of eating once a day. One plate tonight, roughly 1285 calories and 76 grams of protein. Rice, chicken, haloumi, tzatziki. Ate slow for once. Turns out that was the missing ingredient. #omad #fasting #slowliving

In-laws leaving today. House goes quiet again. Back to the usual chaos: wife, two teens, and Mateo hogging the good blanket. Hibiscus blooms better than my portfolio.
Brother showed up at our place this morning, somehow we got talking about Bitcoin. Then he remembers I sent him some sats a while back and wants to see what they're worth today. New phone, no backup, gone. "Fuck that bitcoin bullshit." It was a small amount anyway, kept it small on purpose, somehow knew how that one was gonna end.
