I’ve had the worst year on record; a major car crash in January nearly didn’t make it , my mum passed away in April and now , today , I’ve just received a letter from the DVLA to say they have revoked my driving licence (even though I have two medical clearances from the doctors and hospital saying I am fit to drive ) and I’m a single mum because my children lost their father 3 years ago so now I can’t even drive my children to school or clubs . I am wondering what I have done to deserve all of this 😔

Good morning Nostr; my daughter is 14 and came home two days ago to say a friend of hers (from primary school) tried to take her own life, and this happened again yesterday and luckily her mum discovered her and she went to hospital. My daughter also has other friends who she knows self harm . This is a travesty. We are failing our children by giving them smart phones, social media and access to being bullied . My daughter is flourishing, confident and has a vitality for life because she doesn’t have a smartphone. My message is to parents; please consider very carefully before you decide to give your children a device that could change their life forever 🤍
