I had made a spreadsheet for meal planning in 2022 with macros and stuff and also prices. Started to update it now and yes you can clearly see how "transitory" inflation has been 🤣 Minced beef up 47%, eggs 62%, cheese 31% etc. Meanwhile wages have gone up 2-3% per year.
