#asknostr I am a vegetarian for many years, who just started to eat meat again. (shout out to all the carnivores on nostr ;-). And now I got diagnosed an iron deficiency. Without asking for medical advice, but rather human advice: What would you do in my place, given your understanding of health. Supplement? If so, in what form? Eat (more) meat? If so, special kinds of meat? At this point I am not (yet) ready to change to a carnivore diet :-)

I have an issue with using primal. On android. I find it to be veery slow and quite often so. I.e. it rarely loads my favourite feed: "popular by npubs you follow". When I change to "latest" or "latest with replies", it usually does load. Anything I can do? Number of relays or what? #asknostr
