No custom LND build required anymore.
With LND 0.21.1+ supporting onion messages, native BOLT12 flows via LNDK now work without maintaining a separate LND package.
This makes deployment much simpler for sovereign self-hosted Lightning setups.

⚡ BOLT12 Pay update for Umbrel users
I added a proper setup warning directly in the app for a critical requirement:
BOLT12 Offers need onion messaging enabled in LND.
Also updated the docs/store text so users know exactly which `lnd.conf` file to edit on Umbrel.
Small UX fix, big reduction in confusion.
Stability update for BOLT12 Pay
Pinned LNDK to a known working build and fixed routing issues affecting BOLT12 payments (Phoenix + external wallets).
BIP353 / offer flow is now reliable again.

The goal is to make modern Lightning standards usable today while keeping everything self-hosted.
