I’m still doing breath work.
Here was this mornings session.
Sitting towards the sun rise with running water. What a simple luxury.
Day 47
Started with calisthenics.
Then this Wim Hof session
Then a dip in a plunge pool. Not Ivey cold yet. But still chill and refreshing.
A process to get back on top and continually improving.
Day 46
Being sick is not my favourite past time. And we try to do things to be healthy and avoid these down times.
But I guess the universe can dish these out as learning experiences.
Back on a Wim Hof this morning.
Light pace. But opportunity to breath deep.

Have come down with a head cold. Missed the last couple of days.
But here is todays session. Something different.
Wim Hoff style. Guided. Focused on the body.
Had todo mouth breathing but made it.

Day 44
Breath of Fire 30/31
Had trouble holding the full length for the first 2 rounds and made the 3rd.
I adjusted my flow from the instructions. I find the doubles are too fast and don’t allow me to have a clean breath that is effective. So I just maintained the rhythm in the last 2 and it seemed to help.
Also enjoyed a plunge in the rain tank this morning. Life is great.

Nose was free this morning. Really good deep breaths. The 2:30 was challenging.
It’s a quick session. Under 15mins. The last half is meditation.

Nose was partially blocked so used mouth more. But was a good session.
A plunge bath outside that I will drop in now. Not ice though. Working on that part.

I’m not into this breath of fire. I’m unable to hold as long even after the WH. And they are shorter holds.
Had a cold plunge this morning as well. I as nice.

Nose in. Mouth out.
I find these sessions more rewarding. I feel lighter at the end. More relaxed. And the holds are more comfortable.
Using fully diaphragm and chest breaths.
A good length and pace and hold time.

I definatly find doing the Wim Hoff first easier. This session today was challenging on the holds.
Also had a fresh cold bath this morning. Was invigorating.

Did the warm up #WimHoff
Then the BoF. It makes it much easier to do the holds after the warm up. I’m not finding this particular BoF course to help build my stamina. The WH appears to help stretch out my lings much better.

I have repeated this one. I did it as a warm up for the Breath of Fire but there was no new one. It will be released later today.

Was challenging this morning. Not sure why. But was a good session. Made me focus on the breath more to meet the demand.
