I spent a lot of my childhood playing outside

Cars should all have their own little drone that can pop out and fly up to give you a little bird's eye view of your immediate surroundings to help with parking and whatnot, and then they could come back and dock

I wish all these other notifications would pause my music instead of turning it down for a second. #musicstr

I just had some deep thoughts about Superman for some reason while I was brushing my teeth and now I need to let them out. So, he basically invincible, right? They made an invincible guy who's also really strong and can fly. But I feel like then they found out that being invincible is pretty boring in itself, he would win every fight and there would never be any dramatic moments where the audience wonders if he was going to lose, because he would never lose. So they invented Kryptonite, a stone from his home planet of Krypton, that weakens him and makes him not invincible. And that made the stories more interesting. But why would a stone from his home planet weaken him? Does that mean everyone that lived on Krypton was in a weakened state at all times being that they lived on and walked around on a planet with a buncha Kryptonite in it?

This is going to eat into my web-page-making time #willpower #videogames #gamer #gamestr #PS5 #Witcher3Remastered #CDProjektRed

Haven't posted about it in a while, but I've been pretty productive on Jolene's recipes lately. I got the Forgot Password workflow working and, like a lot of things in software, it was way more complicated and took way more work than I was expecting 😄 I created an AWS account so I can use their Simple Email Service to actually send the emails for me and I've got that working. I'm pretty sure I've met all of their requirements and now I'm just waiting on them to reply and hopefully approve it for production instead of only working in the sandbox so that everyone, and not just me, can use the Forgot Password functionality. Also added a Settings page where users can change their email address and display names whenever they want. And they can also change their passwords from there and I added a Delete Account option. All of that is working now and all that's left before it goes on my resume is hooking up a single ad that I'm going to connect to her account, so hopefully it'll be the gift that keeps on giving. I created an account called Purses and Shoes and I'm hoping for a steady trickle. And then just a few last minute tweaks of a couple spots that still look weird on mobile, but that will literally only take a few minutes. At the risk of speaking a bit too soon, I think I might actually get it done today 🤞🏻🤘🏻😁 #WebDev #WebDevelopment #HTML #CSS #JavaScript #frontend #backend #fullstack

I didn't even have to play even 5 minutes of the #FinalFantasy Resonance demo to know that I am going to get that game 😃 It says you can play the whole first chapter of the game in the demo and your progress will carry over to the full game if you want. But I don't want that, in fact I already decided and deleted the demo. I want to start over and experience the whole thing from scratch when it comes out #videogames #gamer #gamestr #PS5

Sony continues to be completely out of their minds. And also, I finished the forgot password workflow and got it talking to AWS and actually sending emails now. Down to 4 things left on the To-do list and it's going on my resume. I'm ready for a grown-up person job again.

Is it even possible to buy a new car that isn't filled with computers and cameras and isn't constantly connected to the internet anymore? Like, can you get a nice, new car that doesn't have all of that? Or are we all doomed to drive elaborate advertisement delivery devices from now on?

Okay after 9 hours of playing Graveyard Keeper I now know enough about the game to confidently start over #gamer #gamestr #videogames #PS5
