US Secretary of State Marco Rubio just submitted a memo to a US federal court stating that he can deport anyone he wants regardless of whether or not they've been charged or convicted of a crime, purely on the basis of their beliefs. Thought crime. It's not hyperbole to notice that the US is fast approaching Orwell's 1984. Rubio has worked quickly to establish his own mini-dictatorship at State. His gleeful canceling of hundreds of student visas, eager participation in disappearances and obviously illegal courtroom shenanigans, and more — it is this little weasel that, if the courts let him, get to decide which beliefs are allowed in the country in the future. So much for the First Amendment.

These two dudes came across a choking raccoon in the middle of the night. Bill performed the raccoon Hiemlich maneuver while the other guy yelled words of encouragement. The Hiemlich successfully dislodged the food piece, and everyone cheered. Raccoon then did the walk of shame and shuffled off to his family. Life is fucking weird.

Trump is destroying American traditions, and institutions, and engaging in the erasing and revising of history as part of his greater plan to sever the nation from its history, and the past before him. It's also why he's renaming bodies of water and mountains, and trying to seize control of Canada and Greenland. He wants to completely disconnect our sense of attachment to our true history and culture, make our geography unrecognizable, and set the stage for a new America made in his image. I hate to make the comparison, but what he's doing is literally what Hitler did during his rise to power. Hitler destroyed everything that was associated with Germany before him, and aggressively assaulted history books, documents, and even art that was a part of the "old" Germany. He wanted to erase it all from the psyche of the German people, so that they believed that there was only Hitler. Only the Nazis and their Reich. It's a classic step in the destruction of the old world, and the imposition of fascist dictatorship. Trump is destroying our culture, and our connection to the America of George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, and Abraham Lincoln. Soon he will significantly advance his fascist agenda to establish the Trump American Empire. Don't doubt that it's coming, because the writing is clearly written on the wall.
