The panel will unpack how these bills work together as one machine.
image ⚡️ Bitcoin is rocking! $78K retaken, $80K to be just a matter time. For traders, that is the story. For developers, there is another question: what happens when people actually want to use that increasingly valuable asset to pay for things? The more valuable the asset becomes, the harder it can be psychologically to spend it. A monetary network does not become useful merely because its underlying asset appreciates, it becomes useful when people can receive, hold, exchange and spend value with minimal friction. And Bitcoin’s price volatility makes that challenge more interesting, not less. That is precisely where @btcplusplus Berlin Payments Edition comes in. Taking place October 1–3, 2026, the three-day event will bring together open-source developers, researchers, tinkerers and builders working on the infrastructure that allows value to move across Bitcoin. Focus: Bitcoin payments, open-source development, Lightning and related payment infrastructure Format: Talks, workshops, hacking and a 24-hour hackathon Save 10% on your ticket with code BitcoinEventsHQ

⚡️ Lightning Labs, the San Francisco-based company behind the widely used LND Lightning Network implementation, has announced the alpha release of Wavelength, a developer toolkit designed to make integrating Bitcoin payments into applications dramatically simpler—and to put those payments within reach of AI agents for the first time.
⚡️ Jack Dorsey’s payments and software company Block has launched Buzz, an open-source group chat and collaboration platform designed to put human employees and AI agents into the same workspace. Buzz combines channels, threads, direct messages, voice, media sharing, code repositories, and automated workflows into a single interface. Block says that Buzz is “model-agnostic,” meaning teams can plug in agents built on Claude Code, Codex, Goose, or custom-built frameworks, so organizations are not locked into any single AI provider.
