The future I'm imagining is one where at the press of a button I can 3d print a homonculi with DNA designed by selecting traits. Upon bringing the homonculi to the altar of a church a long prayer can be performed whereupon the lord grants the homonculi with a soul, turning them into a real human being. This human being is then made to device upon a color from two choices, the choices will determine whether the homonculi is sent into war to fight for THE MESSAGE, or if they become a fully sentient human being.
