The Blocksize War by J. Bier (@BitMEXResearch) was may favourite Bitcoin book. At that time I thought it perfectly described the events around SegWit and why Bitcoin was resistant to capture. Now I have to put even this to question after seeing the cop-outs by Bier in regarding @hodlonaut's investigation into Core. I mean the guy provided receipts for every claim in the articles.

This space is filled with cowards and liars. We don’t deserve people like @hodlonaut.

BIP-110 is going to succeed, but if it doesn’t, you’d better have an exit strategy in mind. Because if it fails, it will send a clear signal to the market that Bitcoin isn’t money anymore. At that point, scarcity alone won’t be enough to justify higher prices in perpetuity. When prices fail to cope with inflation by the end of the next cycle, you’ll know the Bitcoin we knew has died, and that we blew the best chance we ever had to separate money from the state.

Hear me out. Instead of protesting on the streets, lockdown the access to major ports and railways. Nothing gets in or out. And instead of asking for higher wages, demand the full release of the Epstein files unredacted, arrests and full investigation into the clients and a complete stop of the funding for Israel. You also bring all your weapons along for the lockdown. Remember, it’s not a protest, it’s a Mexican standoff.
