He is talking outside of his wheelhouse. Btw, I like this doctor. However, he is having to refer to "studies" and is commenting without much direct personal or professional experience. I owned a gym for 20 years and saw first hand how committed athletes used creatine with every imaginable loading and dosing strategy. I also hold a PhD in clinical nutrition. I can tell you he's right from observation and experience; the fitness benefits are meh and most quit using due to water weight and bloat. I can't validate his theory regarding meat consumption and creatine, but it makes sense.
