Finally got to try the delicious light roast I got from @yggr this morning. The coffee was delicious, had a rich and chocolatey taste with no bitterness whatsoever. 24oz of coffee, ground in a burr grinder. 194°F water in a Hario Mugen x Switch brewer. Let sit for about 45s before letting through. Filled tbe pour over twice. One of the best light roasts ive had the opportunity to try. Best of all, the shipping was quick.
