I was present #bitcoin ✊🏽🧡 Today in Nairobi, Kenya, at the heart of the protests against the Finance Bill 2024. Kenyans are fed up with the government's unfair tax burden. These excessive, illogical taxes feel like daylight robbery! And as a Kenyan #Bitcoiner, I stand in solidarity with this movement. I believe in separating money from the state. This kind of financial manipulation wouldn't be possible with a decentralized system. It's encouraging to see Kenyans, especially the youths waking up to the lies, manipulation, and injustice we’ve been facing for years!! This is a prime opportunity for us in the #Bitcoin community to spread awareness further than ever before. Bitcoin offers real hope in times like these. Even though the Finance Bill was passed a few hours ago, we’re still hopeful we’re gonna win this war against a corrupt government . A revolution has just began! Just watch! Throwing it back to my first ever #Bitcoin Conference, The Africa Bitcoin Conference in Accra, Ghana🇬🇭 Learning about #Bitcoin has been a mind-blowing revelation. I feel like Neo from the Matrix after taking the red pill, seeing the world for what it is. Ever since I started my journey down the Bitcoin rabbit hole, the world feels new. And I love how I’m looking at life with new perspectives! I question everything now, the status quo especially! And lemme tell you, the system is 💀 But hey, at least I see it now, and to me, that’s FREEDOM and I’m loving every minute of it. So grateful for the people I’ve met in my Bitcoin journey, especially BITCOIN DADA I’ve learnt so much from you🧡 I remember last year, my biggest goal was to learn and grow. I craved knowledge, new skills, and stimulating conversations that would challenge and enrich my life. I felt like I was stagnating, and the interactions I was having weren’t fulfilling my desire for intellectual growth. Today, I can proudly say that I’ve achieved my goal and so much more through #Bitcoin.
