@Ghost👻 My latest Book, was removing words, symbols, equations, all fictions and start again from non-existence. That mapped primes and twin primes perfectly. I stopped before the Quark, Proton, Hydrogen-seed of my previous papers derived from the exact same framework. So to say that I will quote X thousand words is an inversion of me, I reduce the words, symbols and all fictions for the reality of reality. :)

E = mc² expressed as Bitcoin Bitcoin gives a simple analogy. A Bitcoin balance is not the whole history behind it. It is the present compressed receipt of many earlier accepted transactions. In FRC terms, matter can be viewed similarly;- transaction history → validation → Capture → retained UTXO → later spend becomes;- structural history → resistance → Capture → retained matter → later change So;- m = retained structural state E = its change-equivalence c = Reality’s finite handover limit The simple picture is;- Bitcoin carries accepted value forward as a finite ledger state. Matter carries accepted Reality forward as a finite structural state. Both are small present receipts for a much larger history. Reality first. Ledger second. Balance third. The balance is not the history. Just as the equation is not the Reality.

E = mc² in FRC terms Einstein’s equation remains unchanged: E = mc² FRC does not replace the equation. It asks what the symbols may correspond to in Reality. In FRC terms;- m = finite captured structural condition — matter as retained structure. E = the capacity of that retained structure to produce further finite change. c = the maximum permitted local handover rate, written in FRC as;- c = lp / tp So the FRC reading becomes: Energy receipt = captured structural mass × (maximum finite relay rate)² Or in ordinary language;- Mass is Reality held in structure. Energy is what that structure can hand back into change. c is the finite rate at which Reality can hand change forward. This does not mean FRC has separately derived why the conventional equation contains c². That remains part of the established relativistic relation and should not be retrospectively claimed as an FRC derivation unless independently demonstrated. The interesting FRC question is what follows from the physical picture. We normally access energy by attacking structure: fuel / atom → disruption → heat → pressure → motion → electricity FRC asks whether a less destructive route may sometimes be possible;- existing change → compatible boundary → Capture → Relay → useful change In that sense, matter is not simply a lump containing “energy”. It is a finite retained structure with an exact energetic correspondence. My simple version is;- Matter is change that has survived long enough to stand still for us. Energy is the receipt for how much change that structure can still hand forward. Reality first. Symbols second Equations third. The equation is the compressed receipt.
