Another phone shot. It’s from a temple that was half-submerged and abandoned when the communist regime built a dam in the 1960s and flooded the nearby village. In the summer, the water recedes enough that you can walk inside. The rest of the year the church remains partially underwater. Today it’s a magnet for photographers, especially around sunset when the surrounding water reflects the deep reds and pinks of golden hour. I’ll post a few exterior shots in the coming days that I took earlier today. image
