I don’t sleep much. I am a night owl 🦉 People often tell me that people who sleep more live longer, that I’m going to die younger.
But, if I have been awake for more hours, haven’t I already lived more?
With my poor sleeping habits, I have been more hours awake than my friends of my age, so it makes sense to me to feel like an old lady among them… Does this make any sense?
