Hi everyone. I want to share something personal: This summer taught me a lot. I hit a point where I couldn't anymore. My body forced me to take a reset and take my well-being seriously. It was the first time I experienced that kind of full stop, and it opened my eyes to how important mental health is. I also realized that burnout and depression are real.
