2025 wasn't the easiest year, but it will forever be memorable as the year I discovered Nostr and connected with the Bitcoin community. 😍 I'm thankful for all the amazing people I've met and interacted with this year and feel hopeful and optimistic for everything to come in 2026. My son has had about 5 hours of outdoor time today. The older boys from next door let him help build their snow fort, kept him busy for another two hours in the afternoon 😂

We've finally had some real snow, which is a godsend as I'm solo parenting for most of the week. So far today, we've been to the shop with the sledge and stopped by the sledging hill on the way home. Then we got back and all the neighbourhood kids were outside so my son stayed out to play. Hours of free, wholesome entertainment 👌

My sister and I have finally come to an agreement about who is our parents' favourite child, and I'm sorry to say it's my husband 😂

Our big Christmas Eve family gathering made me feel really thankful for this window in time. My grandma is still here. The children are finally the perfect age to play together. And everyone managed to be in the same place at the same time, if just for a day. We are truly fortunate ❤️
