.5 lime juice
1oz pineapple juice
1.5 coconut cream
1 oz heavy cream
.25 demerara
Whip shake
Crushed ice, pinapple front and wedge as a garnish

It's funny because just the other day I was looking up Pina Colada recipes, and I saw the heavy cream, and I was like "ahhhhhh, that is the key ingredient."
Its either that or ice cream. If you do ice cream there's no need for added sugar ( exclude demerara).
