I think heritage is contradicting merit-based societies. I am fully for anarcho capitalism, while denying every legal basis to heritage.

That's a strange assertion to make. I understand working to create wealth for my children, but why bust my balls to make wealth for anybody else? Your statement would not work in practice, and would make our societies a poorer place.
