Really great to see, uprising for a sustainable world is happening. When we want to go towards sustainability as a society we can do it.
And yes it does not work without restricting some parts of the current economy. Thanks for those who have the guts to act.

Restricting the parts that decision makers donβt personally use, like private jets to travel to climate conferences maybe? π
They are equally wrong.
But you don't seem to have seen the video. This isn't just any port, it's the World's Largest Coal Mine.
Because they aren't stopping Oligarch billionaires and stopping the govt that allows these billionaires to plunder the earth, they are wrong?
What have you done recently? π€
> They are equally wrong.
I assume you say, that activists stopping coal ships are equally wrong as coal mining companies, that extract coal from the mines and ship them to the facilities, which burn the coal?
I do not agree in this point. I accept the state, that our planet has a limited quantity of carbon dioxide it can absorb every year. Therefore it can not lead to sustainable carbon dioxide levels, when it is legal to exploit our earths oil and coal.
Long term, only species that are able to live by the earth dividends, can sustain. So eigther in a joint effort, humanity acts in a sustainable way, or nature does set the limits by force. So I see it as totally legitimate when individuals stop others from exploiting our earth. In no way, they are equally wrong. They can legitimize their actions by the natural basis of sustainability.
> But you don't seem to have seen the video.
Why you think I have not seen the video?
> What have you done recently? π€
Not much. A donation here and there for some opensource projects. I am not owning a car and avoid entering planes. I am not claiming to be an activist which goes to such protests. But I am very happy that there are people in the world, which do this type of activism.
the comment was for Alvaro, not for you.
Stop taking everything so personally and please learn how to use these platforms + languages better if you want to gainfully debate people π
Bcoz, this is the 3rd time you're doing this.
Read π
Then read our comment again. Taking jets is equally wrong π€¦ββοΈ jeez

> the comment was for Alvaro, not for you.
Ok thanks for clarification. It was not directly showing that in the notifications. So I confused the answer. Then probably my comments are out of context. Sorry for having confused the answer.
I never trust anyone with βcryptoβ in their handle or who criticizes (likely) a non-native English speaker about language while making a grammatical/stylistic mistake saying βuse languages betterβ
"use languages better" is 100% correct usage since it doesn't only refer to spoken languages, also programming languages π
Your dumbass misunderstood the aspect on non-native English because a *majority* of our contributors are Non-Native English speakers. Again, another use-case of not understand syntax and context. Joke's on you. We're proud of being heavily multi-lingual. English is, after all, the most inferior language. π€¦π»
Just like your dumbass doesn't understand #Bitcoin is also crypto. It's literally the mother of the industry.
No one asked you to trust it.
If you want to run your mouth against activists doing anything, do **something** that meaningfully contributes at all before replying to such posts, cabron.
βSpokenβ like a true retard, as you were the one criticizing his language. I was defending him π
Of course you were, cause your dumbass can't defend the comment you made π go ahead, keep telling on yourself. *Blocked*
My comment that you are retarded needs no defense. It is self-evident.
Maby it could be a good advice for you just stop calling users retarded. When someone is, it does not matter to point it out. Since there probably is no action to get more clever directly.
And when it is not true, it is just irrelevant.
Now thatβs the first thing said that makes sense in this whole conversation. π«‘
