Whats the tax rate for normal swaps? 🤔
Not a law, and poor chance it could ve enforceable, swap ETH to BTC, that gain is not taxes, then swap BTC to a stablecoin, no gain, nothing to tax either. That's just a poorly written amendment to the project of budget law.
I would sooner burn it than give them a single cuck buck.
