I’m not a Firefox user, so unlikely it would happen in the short term unless someone wants to help port it over. The Chrome app is still in pre-release. Once I have some active testers or some code contributors it might be doable.

Not related to diet, focus on porting the app to other browsers.
Chrome and Firefox, pawns in the surveillance state, serving Google and Mozilla's interests, not users.
