What's the end game you think?
The court can say you own it all they want, but we know without the keys you can't even touch it or move it.

Yeah but I can imagine a few scenarios where the money starts to move, and they claim ownership. This is a mess waiting to happen
Could also be a win waiting to happen, if they lose. Legal precedent, a step closer to a legally enshrined version of "not your keys not your coins"
