Once your in the trap, it's hard to get out.
Say you have 100k followers on a centralized social, even if you make a post your moving to nostr, only about 100 of your followers will move over or give nostr a try.

people (the audience) tend to really prefer a certain platform and it’s very hard to get them to change/use something new even if their favorite creator moves
Yep. It's a whole new learning curve for your following to undergo moving to a new social.
It takes alot of time and teaching, while youre also trying to create content, to move your audience over.
But honestly, I wouldn't know. I've never gotten over 150 follows till I came here. 😅🤣
