Essentially much of the pop industry centres around attention and product. The music is no more than an advertising vehicle for other goods and services.
Now we have AI so the pop industry doesn’t even need the session players or pretty people…

It's a wild ride. I'm not necessarily against it, because I'm not naive, but it's showing how soulless it can be to get a pass. Turns out ABSOLUTELY. Since imho music itself is our main connection to living life, it's symptomatic for society dead inside.
