So does that mean Bip-110 is gaining support all of a sudden? Not that they agree, but does it have a fighting chance?

Bip-110 deserves a chance, just like our bodies deserve animal-based fuel.
bip-110's raison d'etre is to fight spam. Specifically, the limits it places on taproot OP_IF were to stop ordinals inscriptions in the first place.
