Separation from nature is making us sick. That's why obesity, depression and chronic illnesses are rampant in cities. That's why social isolation is common place, families are broken, and people don't know who they are. If you want to be healthy, you need to leave the city.

Gonna disagree on this one. Modern cities are poorly built as they are car centric. Look into Strong Towns and Not Just Bikes
