60 hours into a not-sure-how-long-fast. Definitely going 72, but I’ve never gone longer. Kinda want to go 96+. #fastr

Start slow. Stop eating one evening at 8pm and don’t eat again until noon the next day. Do that a few times, then, get to 16, 18, 24, 48. Each increment, I did a few times. Also, I find it way easier to fast when I’m busy. Full days at home are the longest days ever.
