Fair play. I was speaking from the perspective of citizens. But you're right. Authoritarians love it for a reason...

Good luck my friend. I've also been speaking against current compliance measures due to their inefficiencies. You may also want to mention that the FATF sets the standards for anti-money laundering and they are no longer controlled by the United States. Money laundering is a post-crime, crime. We need to shift our efforts from trying to prevent post crimes to actually preventing the crimes themselves. And that's done by enabling law enforcement.
