The State-sponsored moat concept won’t succeed. At most it’ll drive innovation to other countries, or, just as likely, to open source anons. This isn’t a physical business like making cars or laying wires. It’s pure digital. Information. Can’t be stopped.
Big tech have been able to monopolize the entire internet. Or at least the products built on top of it.
