Hi Scott, yes, when you choose not to create an email connected account, your chats are stored on your device. We do have import and export options in the data controls section on the top right of the page, but it is manual and cumbersome. Any other questions?

If you make an email attached account it will sync across devices, yes.
I think I made an account and then later added an email. Could that be why it's not syncing across platform?
It should be synching provided that you are logging in on both devices. If you are still having problems then a bug is probably happening. If so, please email matt@ppq.ai with whatever email you are trying to log in with and I can look into it.
