I will garvitate towards open source with a multitude of applications to make our life easier. Eg. I like the idea of open source radiology.

You might need it soon 😉 I like the idea of *open source* AI giving accurate diagnosis (maybe better than actual radiologists). It would give freedom back to the patient enabling them to have diagnosis decoupled from monetary incentives.
