Bike everywhere

Get a turkish pizza from The Doner Co. I personally would not bike in Amsterdam, but I have in other cities there. I would get an IAmsterdam day pass. It covers a canal ride, a buncha museums, and public transport for €65.

markets, museum (the most famous ones are all next to each other but smart to book in advance), rent a bike and ride along the canals and in the parks, take the train to zaandam and visit the zaandam time museum. a lot more to do but these are some things i did when i was there last time
