Yeah, I opened your profile in my client and clicked the zap button. The payment itself is from any Lightning wallet, so it's only for the receiving part that you need a zap-compatible wallet/address.
Here's the gist:
1. Someone requests a Lightning invoice via your Lightning address. The requests contains extra Nostr/Zap information: 
2. When that invoice is paid, a Zap receipt is published, so people on Nostr can see the zap:
