Great to see this topic being discussed. I believe it needs to be addressed otherwise any entity with deep enough fiat pockets such as an investment bank could undermine Bitcoin by sponsoring a denial-of-service attack at will using inscription.

They do not need inscription for spam, he could make hundreds of tx of 546 stats each to flood the UTXOs set.
