After all these years since the myths of these things were long-debunked, I'm so tired of the continued demonizing of cholesterol/saturated fat, salt, and red meat. If you don't feel well, and your loved ones or support team are telling you to avoid these things, please feel assured that these are essential things humans need to thrive. It's utter nonsense that people perpetuate this propaganda. They are either too stupid to be trusted to help you, or they are malicious. I normally attribute Occam's razor on this, but either way, people are better off doing their own research.
