Worked! Offline device was a pixel 6a on GrapheneOS, online device was a pixel 8p on stock Google OS 👍

This is a really neat use case. Local Nostr, no Internet necessary. BLE mesh networking x Nostr. Remember StreetPass for Nintendo 3ds? Like that, but for notes and other stuff.
Another test, viewing online notes on offline device. I totally wiped citrine before this test. LFG @KoalaSat!
