Lightning wallets can only receive if they are online. That's a technical requirement sadly.
That's why you need to unlock your Hub. Are you running Alby Hub on Alby Cloud or on your own device?

I use Alby Cloud since day one. I’d love to self host, but I’m a nomad, so I’d rather pay for your service and contribute to development of Alby than pay some VPS provider. Alby Cloud experience has always been smooth. It’s the first time I’ve received a message like this, though I used to keep hub untouched for months. I’m guessing it’s some update you rolled out that locked me out.
So what’s the recipe now? Keep an eye on emails from you guys? Stay logged into hub at all times?
