Yakihonne shit the bed as well. Probably runs into a timeout but doesn’t even show an error and just falls back to the post text without an attachment.

Primal at least provided a somewhat realistic progress bar but the upload seemed a bit too fast to be realistic. Once the progress bar reached 100% it restarted and… failed.
