I'm taking NMN Resveratrol Fish Oils Omega-3 Zinc Vitamin D3 Selenium And much more... Tried Berberine a few years ago but stopped, wasn't sure it did much for me. I'm not really sure of much at the moment because I've just started recently and want to go 6 months before comparing various tests.

Long term use has a possible link to permanent cognitive improvement. It recently started to break through to the mainstream in recent years so information should be easy to find now.
