This is a exactly my position. The executive branch of government has taken more and more power since the 1971. The Anti-Federalists were right. The Bill of Rights doesn't mean much after 55 years of presidental power grabs. It's not just one person that was executed. The second amendment was supposed to prevent a standing army by establishing a well regulated militia. There is a standing army in the streets fighting US Citizens addressing their grievances. Are the protesters unsophisticated, naive, and dumb? Yes, but that does not justify death without due process.
