the gym also has a glass wall overlooking the outdoor pool and as i went first thing in the morning ( i stayed up all night to make it to the gym in the morning ) there was a team training there before sunrise actually ...
they finished just after sunrise and two teen girls from the swimming team came up to the glass wall of the gym where they had their towels etc. and i almost had a heart attack because of how how perfect they were
new gym is pretty decent but the pool is AMAZING
of course i specifically had this facility in mind when moving to Orlando
i have trained in many pools since i was 11 years old and this is hands down the best pool i have ever trained in !
