Can you compressed the video before uploading? I think at least a couple of clients have integrated a compression tool for precisely this reason. An alternative, if you can or feel inclined, is to set up your own Haven relay, which includes your own personal relay plus your own blossom media server. I set mine up a few months ago and now I'm responsible for maintaining my media content. I know that if there's a problem with nostr build that not all of my media will vanish, though I still need to mirror all the content between my nostr build accband haven relay. It is a bit of fluff and a degree of learning, but once your content is under your control, you can do as you wish with it, without worrying that someone else might remove it etc.
