Spent some good hours today tinkering with service mode on the TV, the picture was kinda off but now it's all fixed. While I was at it I discovered why I couldn't sync the SNES color patern with the others and it's because it's read by the TV as PAL-M, which is basically a NTSC but with PAL colors, for fuck's sake why ?
