Ah ... well then you know you can't really do that either. On nostr the viewer ultimately decides how you are viewed. I can write a client that shows that address regardless of what you do. I guess the best you can do is only use and promote clients that don't display this information, or you can petition Amethyst to change their policy on this.
Then you will have to ask any new client to make it optional. You don't have a choice. You are using a key on nostr that is also a Bitcoin key. You can advocate to remove it from the profile in "this" client but as soon as another comes up, you will have to do the same there. It's not a solvable problem. It's how the protocol works.
