You can very easily find the podcast and listen in your podcast player, but I chose YouTube as the link since it is universal and has a preview.
I don't know of a way to link to podcast episodes in a "neutral" way. There is pod(dot)link, but that is far from perfect either (and doesn't have previews).
On that 4am waking up topic.. I used to get up and go for a run at 4am - it's a magical time to be out after sleep.
