8 U.S.C. § 1451(a) — Revocation of Naturalization
“It shall be the duty of the United States attorneys … to institute proceedings … for the purpose of revoking and setting aside the order admitting such person to citizenship and canceling the certificate of naturalization on the ground that such order and certificate of naturalization were illegally procured or were procured by concealment of a material fact or by willful misrepresentation.”
8 U.S.C. § 1451(c)
Allows denaturalization following a criminal conviction under naturalization fraud statutes (see below).

All the Somalis are committing crimes or are here fraudulently. All of them. I don't care what you believe. There has been billions stolen from taxpayers. There is reason to believe they're terrorists.
Rounding up 20 million people wouldn't be easy. Revoking these people's citizenships will be.
Also 20m estimates are LOW. Very LOW. There are probably around a hundred million people in the United States that shouldn't be here.
